Diversity Recruitment Training 

BME offers the Diversity Recruitment training which provides recruiters, sources and talent acquisition professionals the opportunity to learn strategies to help them create and improve their diversity and inclusion talent acquisition practices. BME helps clients learn how to locate diverse candidate pools using a variety of resources that can be added to any sourcing strategy.

Included with the course is access to the CDR exam. This certification is valid for 2 years and alumni can rectify via exam process at no additional cost every two years.

  • How to create partnerships and improve collaboration with hiring managers to elevate diversity and inclusion recruiting practices. 

  • Exploring techniques for finding diverse candidates on various social media platforms.

Inclusion Awareness Training 

This introduction to Inclusion awareness training provides you with an overview of how to manage the various forms of diversity and apply appropriate concepts to different sizes of organisations. We use best practice examples to show you the practical applications of these concepts, to help you achieve success in your own diversity management context. 

 

Topics discussed: 

 

  • Categories of diversity: Age, disability, ethnic background, gender, religion, sex.

  • Legal aspects (anti discrimination laws etc)

  • Why Diversity Management? 

  • Diversity Management within the organisation 

  • Practical implementation of Inclusion management  

Leadership Coaching
