Versace 

Here you can find one of my projects based on Versace that I created from a module called Research Planning during my final year at University. 

 

For this project I came up with omni channel strategies that Versace could use to improve it's customer service online and in store, as I believe that both are important for market research. This project also allowed me to focus on the social media aspect of redefining an online market strategy for a brand. By collaborating with young black upcoming influencers, I designed a strategy on how the brand can improve its marketing through social media platforms such as Instagram to gain customer retention. 

This project gave me the understanding and knowledge of how to manage influencers and social media content of a brand, allowing me to analyse effective ways to attract customers and build relationships with them. This project also taught me how to showcase skills such as: content creating, market research, editing, design, PR, SEO, managing social media and keeping up with current trends. I'm passionate about creating content and learning different skills, and I look forward to putting my 3yr theory work into real like practice.
